Meet Charley Hipple and the Story Behind Cardinal Construction
Founded on decades of hands-on experience, Cardinal Construction is led by President Charley Hipple, who began his construction career in 1990 in Arlington, Texas. While earning his degree in Architecture and Business, Charley gained early experience working with a small remodeling and roofing firm, laying the foundation for a lifelong career in custom building.
In 1993, Charley and his wife Gayle moved to Duluth, Georgia, where Cardinal Construction was born from a passion for craftsmanship and client-focused construction. Over the years, Cardinal Construction has earned a reputation across Atlanta and North Georgia for delivering high-quality, detail-oriented residential and commercial projects with integrity and care.
